Outdoor Fitness – Running Focused Session 7pm

Outdoor fitness suitable for all abilities, with a focus on running (not a distance session).
Sessions are run in compliance with current government rulings.
Expect to be moving around a lot, along with bodyweight exercises (no equipment, for health & safety reasons), just bring a drink for yourself (essential, up to 500Ml please).
Numbers are strictly limited, so booking is essential and all participants must complete, or have an up-to-date “PAR-Q” form which can be found here

The session starts at 1900 (7pm) and will last for up to 1 hour, including warm-up and cool-down phases.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before that, especially if it’s your first time.
