Running Training Session

Outdoor fitness suitable for all abilities, designed to help improve your running skills (not a distance session).
Expect to be moving around a lot, along with bodyweight exercises, just bring a drink for yourself which you’ll need to carry with you (essential, up to 500Ml).
Numbers are strictly limited, so booking is essential and all participants must complete, or have an up-to-date “PAR-Q” form which can be found here

The session starts at 1900 (7pm) and will last for up to 1 hour, including warm-up and cool-down phases. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before that, especially if it’s your first time.
